Wanna get wet?

River Trails Deschutes offers 1 & 2-day guided whitewater rafting trips along the Deschutes River. Fully-equipped rafts and 1 and 2-person kayaks are available for full day and overnight rentals, too. Check out the Guided Trips or DIY Trips (3) and tips for Camping, Rafting, and Passes. Then select your date and go to Rates & Reservations.

"The Deschutes River is a spring-fed system that historically has very stable flows. As opposed to river systems that are dominated by surface runoff, a spring-fed river like the Deschutes has a incredibly stable hydrologic regime in which natural daily, monthly, and even annual fluctuations in water flows are minimal." Via Upper Deschutes Watershed Council
In other words, the Deschutes River does not experience "drought conditions." Good rafting all summer long!

We have a large variety of raft sizes to fit your needs. 13, 14, & 15-foot self-bailers, as well as 1 and 2-person kayaks for the more adventurous!

All rentals come equipped with frame, paddles or oars, cooler and life jackets. Overnight rentals also include pump, patch kit, cargo floor, dry bags and ammo can. See Passes & Potties for other requirements.

Raft delivery and pick up is available with all rentals to Harpham Flats, Warm Springs, Trout Creek or Buck Hollow. See Rates and Reservations for daily rental rates, delivery rates, and how to reserve your raft or kayak. ***Used Rafts for Sale: call 541-395-2545 for further information.

There are several choices for camping on the river. You could choose the Maupin City Park, located across the street from us, along the banks of the river. There is also Riverview Campground which is private and close to the river. Both the City Park and Riverview recommend making reservations. Also, along the river, the Bureau of Land Management has several campsites. Some are large enough to accommodate groups and others are small single size camps. BLM sites are on "first- come, first-served" operation. More details under Where to Stay.
